Alan LEE is the co-founder and principal of AFCM. With over 25 years of extensive global business investment and management experience in the real estate development, hospitality, and innovative technology sectors, Alan has held various senior executive positions with multinational corporations. Alan is also a specialist in business, investment consultancy, and M&A.
Our investment team consists of elite specialists from the UK, USA, Japan, China and Hong Kong, with broad knowledge of and access to global real estate investment opportunities.
Our Business
AFCM focuses on investing in, developing, and managing real estate projects around the world. Two of our core businesses are Premium Residential Property Development and World-Class Luxury Hotels.
